The hotel is located on an alley, providing easy access to the nice beachfront restaurants of Legian. It is also just a short walk to Kuta beach, making it convenient for beach lovers. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with double beds, clean sheets, and hot water in the bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a pool to relax in. There are also nearby options for breakfast, such as the neighboring hotel and the restaurant called Senen.

Nothing all excellent.

Location was pretty good just off major road in quite street, free breaky, has good size pool
Room was clean as it could get, it was an old hotel so there was some mould on bathroom roof and in corner cracks of the bathroom but nothing too bad

We booked a deluxe room, the location and the food could not be better, it's a handy base for discovering Kuta, and we would happily go back again and would be happy to recommend it.

Location is convenient, very near to Legian beach and to Kuta town. Staffs are very friendly.
The condition of the toilet is bad. The shower head is already rusted. There are mosquitoes in our room. During our stay on 18 June 2011, there was a mojaor blackout for a few hours in the morning. We asked to replace the 2 sets of towels on 18 June 2011 but we were only given 1.

The hotel offered a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice touch of flowers on the bed. Another positive aspect was the friendly staff, who always had a welcoming and homely atmosphere. the pool with gazebo was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day.
The small and slightly rundown bathroom, with broken tiles scattered around. The location of the hotel was also not that convenient, as it took around fifteen minutes to walk to the main beach entrance.

What i like best during my stay at Bali Matahari Hotel was the cleanliness of the room and the environment (they clean and change towels everyday) the staff were very friendly, and the location was not too bad. Overall, i was very pleased with the service and the cost, it was worth paid.
What i didn't like about the hotel was that there was no internet connection from my room, we had to go to the lobby and the signal was not very good.
